I think her reps should've confirmed that it WASN'T her, so people wouldn't talk so much. HOWEVER, they've confirmed it was her and basically said "Oh, we're bad. The pictures shouldn't have gotten out, and we're sorry this private matter is now public." I wonder what her fans think of her now...

Although I spent plenty of time looking at her and her assets, I was also looking around the room for signs that maybe someone was expected to show up? In the nude picture, she's got candles and rose petals on the dresser...obviously waiting for someone.

Also, in the non-nude picture with the black bottom and top, her bed doesn't have the top hanging sheet thing, and her CD player is on the dresser and not attached to the wall (as opposed to in the nude picture). She took these pictures on multiple days, so it's obviously not the first time. I still dont' think it's such a bad thing to have these pictures, it was just stupid to have someone in possession of them still.

Uhh...just because this site is supposedly "news" there is a law that states a photograph is copyrighted at the moment of creation by the person who took it. So technically, she can sue (they look like she took them herself on a timer) ANYONE WHO PUBLISHES these photos. Just because this site got a hold of them doesn't mean they have the right to republish them (and put their logo on it).

And for those of you, like Spencer, who feel she's a slut like Britney or Lindsey, she did her stuff privately, not in public, and some punk with no respect or an axe to grind put them out into cyberspace. Obviously, these are real. What's the big deal about a nude photo?
Nobody cares about the thousands (I don't actually know the real number, just a guess) of amateur nude photos (which this is). Its just big because of her "star" status.
I don't know or care why she did it, it's her business. None of us should care. If we had waited a bit, we would most likely see the exact same "parts" in a movie/show or anything else. A lot of actresses expose themselves during their career. And of course, nude scenes in movies are totally O.K. but this isn't, right? People shouldn't even be disgusted with her, theres nothing wrong with showing off one's body, no matter who you are or what you look like.
On the question of her influence on society, she's an actress, one nude photo/bad decision is not what makes her a bad influence. Actors/resses in general are bad influences, and to be honest, if all she does is get naked, I would prefer my children looking up to her (instead of the cocaine addicts or the drunks).

Here's some simple truth:

When you're in a relationship with someone you want to do things for them to please them. This is the nature of a loving relationship. Reciprocal pleasures and niceties. It's not like someone forced her to take the pics.
